When: Monday through Saturday, from 10.00 to 13.00 from September 1st 2016 to May 12st 2017.
Program: during the three hours of practical lesson in the laboratory, each student will prepare
o sheets of pasta rolled out by hand using a rolling pin
o basic fillings
Served lunch to taste all the pasta prepared during the lesson will follow.
Menu: Tortellini in broth, Tortelloni with butter and tomato sauce, Tagliatelle with ragù sauce, dessert of the day, water, a glass of local wine.

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
Prepayment of the tuition fee is required before the class.
The tuition fee will not be refunded, if the student withdraws from the class before the scheduled start time, or if the class does not take place because the student fails to attend it completely or partially.
In order to carry out the scheduled program it is important to respect arrival time. The class may not take place, nor the tuition fee be refunded, if participants arrive more than 10 minutes later.
